Blade profile key HU101
Ford vehicles are equipped with the blade profile key HU101. This key style was introduced in 2004 and was replaced by the Tibbe style. The HU101 lock is more secure than the Tibbe lock that was taken by thieves. It is still in use on most Ford models today. The Fiesta has an alternative profile key. The Fiesta's HU162T profile key has a similar blade but it has a milled track through the middle. The profile key differs in depth and space between each cut, however the primary difference is the shape.
